You can configure the Cloudmersive Private Cloud server-side timeout to enable long-running transactions or limit transaction time for requests. The default value is 120 seconds.

To change the server-side request timeout, follow these steps:

• Remote desktop to the server

• Open Administrative Tools from the Start menu and open Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager

• Click on the server name on the navigation panel, typically the second item

• Double click on Application Request Routing

• Click on Server Proxy Settings

• Change Time-out (seconds) to the new value, such as 1020

• Click on Apply

No server restart is required. The changes will take effect immediately.
